Adult Gym/Super Seniors

Whether you are a returning athlete or new to the sport, you are welcome to join us at any age! Join classes to achieve new goals, maintain skills, and stay fit!

 

Adult Gym

A weekly, 1.5 hour long program for athletes 18+ years old. Sign up for one calendar month at a time. Class consists of group warm up and conditioning and open gym format (some safety precautions may restrict movement around the gym at this time). No prior experience is necessary and we are open to adults of any skill level. 

Super Seniors

A weekly, 55-minute long program for athletes 65+ years old. This program focuses on stretch, strength, mobility and balance.

Super Seniors is currently being hosted in person.
