REGISTRATION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

FEES AND UPLIFTER ACCOUNT
Admission to a Phoenix competitive and annual program is by invitation, following an
assessment, and requires an annual commitment from July to June. Training fees include all
required training and coaching for the season. Annual fees are divided into twelve monthly
payments. Automatic credit card payments can be set up through each family's Uplifter
account. Please keep your Uplifter account, including payment information up to date.
A $50 charge will be applied for each declined payment or returned cheque. Athletes'
training may be paused and they may be ineligible for participation in competitions if
accounts are in arrears for one month. For example: payment is declined on February 1st. An
automatic email notification is sent the following day. If payment is not received, VPG will
follow up with an email and phone call by February 15th, with a reminder that if payment is
not received by the end of February, the athlete is not eligible to train or compete in March
and parents are to keep the child home until reconciliation of account has been made.
